Gretchen Wilson Rocked
Destination Daytona Nov 14th

Redneck Woman Gretchen Wilson rocked the 3500 plus in attendance Friday, Nov 14th at the Coca Cola Pavilion at Destination Daytona. Atlanta natives Thomas Tillmook got the crowd pumped with a spice of radio friendly covers and originals that went over well with most everyone in attendance. Next up The Shoals from Muscle Shoals Alabama kept the spirit going with a rousing 45 minute set of Rock, Country and original tunes.

We all know the real reason we braved the record breaking heat on this sweltering November evening was we were “Here For The Party” and to get “All Jacked Up”. Never having seen Wilson perform in person before I didn’t know what to expect. She totally rocked her ass off and everyone else’s there. Taking tracks from her three current releases and her latest single off her soon to be released CD, Wilson gave a performance that will remain etched in the minds of many in attendance that night. I will definitely be ready for round two of a live show from the Redneck Woman from Georgia the next time she’s anywhere in Florida.

Imagine looking out in the crowd and seeing THREE GENERATIONS OF REDNECK WOMEN. Wilson, did she noted that it made her proud to be able say that. Never have I seen so many Mothers and Daughters in one place having the time of their lives and being able to relate to Wilsons’ words that she sang that night. About half way through her performance a US flag was raised and Wilsons’ guitarist screamed a raucous version of the Star Spangles Banner on his six string Gibson.

All in all, Gretchen Wilson is true Redneck Woman that doesn’t mind showing it on and off the stage. This girl can ROCK and shows it in her outstanding versions of Skynyrds’ “Sweet Home Alabama,” Journeys’ “Separate Ways,” and Heart’s “Barracuda.”

This is one night that will not soon be forgotten in the minds of those at the Pavilion at Destination Daytona that steamy November night. To keep up with the latest on this HOT COUNTRY sensation check out www.gretchenwilson.com. For upcoming events & concerts at

SHAKIN' w/ THE MONEY MAN
EDDIE MONEY
NOVEMBER 19th
The Coliseum, Daytona Beach

WOW! What a place for a concert. The staff of Beach & Biker Babes arrived at the Arena Sports Bar & Restaurant (Part of The Coliseum Night Club complex) shorty before 8pm w/ special celebrity guest Dan Haggerty and were treated with utmost respect from the owners and staff as former Playboy Bunnies were even in the house. This is the place to see and be seen in Daytona Beach.

Just after 9:30pm on this frigid Wednesday night The Money Man takes the stage for a 95 minute set of his radio staples and a couple of cover tunes. For aproaching AARP status this guy’s still got it going on. Performing such crowd pleasers as “Take Me Home Tonight,””Baby Hold On To Me,””Two Tickets To Paradise,””Think I’m In Love’” and “Shakin’.” This is one night the nearly 1000 patrons won’t soon forget. Not too shabby for a former NYC Police Officer. For all the photos
